Safety

LTPA's instructors are knowledgeable in the safety regulations and how to encourage safe behavior of the students. All LTPA staff members have successfully undergone the police check and have their references checked. They are then trained by LTPA to maintain a high level of safety within each program. Staff is also made aware of school policy and expectations.

Payment Policies

All registration forms, with attached payment(s), is to be handed in to the schools office within one week of presentation of the program to your school.

LTPA understands that within each community there are personal situations that would prohibit a student from participating in a program. LTPA will subsidize/sponsor those students and insure that this is kept confidential. For any Non- sufficient cheques (NSF), there will be a $ 25 Service fee.

Privacy Policy

LTPA believes in the current Privacy Act and follows its rules as well as its intent very seriously. The email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or personal home situations will never be divulged by any of our staff.

Refunds

LTPA believes that your child will enjoy the programs and the experience, for any reason at all you should require a refund, please contact our office.
